STEP OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE

CHOOSE ONE OF OUR SPECIALIZED TRX CLASSES

All TRX classes are either 45 or 60 minutes in duration. TRX has a new suite of 12 unbelievably awesome classes / workouts, all geared towards achieving the individual results you desire! We will begin our first couple of months with TRX 101 to get everyone familiar as needed and then we will immediately be offering 4 of the new TRX classes and as our program and membership base evolves, we will be introducing the next wave of classes until all TRX classes are available, as desired.

In our classes, you will use your own body weight, gravity, and TRX training equipment to Push – Pull – Lunge – Squat – Hinge – Plank your way to a better you! Expect to move, sweat, shuffle and above all else…….Have a Kick Ass workout experience! Some classes challenge you with a single piece of training equipment, some use a broader mix of other training tools but they ALL deliver incredible results!

Make sure to bring a water bottle, wear your indoor training shoes & clothing, bring a towel and we will supply the energy and you will supply the sweat!

TRX 101

During this 45-minute session, we will cover everything that you will need to know, in order to have the best TRX  experience!! You will get a thorough walk-through of our studio, go over all the key TRX positions / stances / terminology / and equipment usage. We will demonstrate all the common movements and cueing terms and modifications that can be made for each. Lastly, we will end with a mini workout incorporating everything mentioned above. Once you are completely comfortable, you will be able to venture out and try all the other various TRX class offerings. Female & Male Navy Seals in the making!

TRX STRONG

Strengthen, Build & Sweat! Created by a Navy SEAL, full body strength workout using minimal portable equipment. This is body-weight training for all levels. Come “Hang” with your friends for a three block strength interval training format. Multiple variations. Fail with Integrity!!! Designed to kick your metabolism into Overdrive! Push, Pull and Press your body into an effective and functional Fat Burning Machine! You won’t ever outgrow TRX! Bring your shoes and we’ll supply the sweat! Diversify your workouts – NO boredom here!  HOOYAH !!!

TRX TABATA

Super Charged – Super Fun – Super Sweaty! This class is designed with the full body in mind. Expect a little bit of everything from strength, cardio, to core and balance training. All levels are welcome! Bring a towel! WARNING: Highly Contagious!

TRX 415 BOOTCAMP

Diverse Gear! New Challenges! More Movement! These are just some of the things you will experience in TRX 415 Bootcamp! This class features multiple training tools and High Intensity Intervals built on strong focused movements, guaranteed to be insanely fun but leave you in an “out of breath, sweaty, muscle quivering heap” Which is (let’s be honest) exactly what you came to us for!

TRX FIT

The class name says it all! This is a high intensity workout designed to build muscular endurance, improve lean to fat ratios and increase cardio capacity while sweat and have fun! Consisting of a warm up, two endurance blocks, which end with a Cardio Challenge and each are repeated twice, because it’s double the Fun!!! Cool down consists of exercises from TRX’s FLOW programs.. This quintessential TRX experience will lead you down the road to your best all-around fitness.  You might be fit, but are you TRX Fit?

Class Type: Goal is to not work to failure but to maintain a heavy load and increased heart rate
