What motivates me about being a Big Sky motivator?

Being able to see the growth over time in an individual. I have a lot of clients that I have trained for over 10 years and to see the how they have progressed both in their physical and mental health is as rewarding as it gets.

How would you describe your style of teaching at Big Sky?

There is nothing worse regarding a training regimen than waking up and dreading going near the gym but to be able to see ALL the results you desire while enjoying it at the same time, is IDEAL!

What is your guilty pleasure?

Wings! I try to just stay home on Wednesdays.

Favorite Workout?

Weight Training and more weight training!  We won’t spend a second of time with me just watching you sit or stand on a machine.
