What motivates me about being a Big Sky motivator?

Energy is contagious! Having the opportunity to be in a room full of high-energy people and being able to share my knowledge and experience with them is what motivates me.

It is the improvements that I can regularly observe in people that draw me back with eagerness and excitement every day. Seeing the confidence grow as people surpass their expectations is amazingly rewarding. Thank you!

How would you describe your style of teaching at Big Sky?


Fun and more fun! We all want to enjoy ourselves and not feel dread at the prospect of a workout. I like to laugh and joke while keeping the intensity high and the heart pounding!

Proper technique increases the effectiveness of a workout, so when you see me at the head of the class you can expect no B/S! My goal is to equip you with everything you need to BRING IT in our sessions, with the occasional dance break-down when the groove is just right.

The sense of accomplishment gained through learning new skills and techniques, and challenging yourself will fuel you to be the best version of you.

What is your guilty pleasure?

Extra-large popcorn with layered butter at the theater, and cookies… every day: cookies.

And what is your favorite type of workout that gets your energy going?

My workouts are very versatile, from body building to HIIT, but I have to admit that strapping on some gloves and dancing with a heavy bag is my favourite way to get the heart rate up.
