WOW- Women on Weights
Have you ever wanted to train in the weight room, but have no idea where to start or how to use the equipment properly? Well this is your chance! With the guidance of a personal trainer, you will learn to utilize the machines, squat racks, kettlebells, turf, plyo boxes and more. This program will set you up to train successfully on your own and will provide you with a full program to do just that! But wait! There is a challenge! You will train twice a week with the trainer and then you will have homework! Repeat the programs again within the same week and be entered to win a prize!&
Golf Performance
Set your golf season up for success this year! This 6-week progressive program will help with mobility and Strength so you'll feel stronger and more ready for your golf game than ever before. You will start with mobility and endurance, progressing to strength and power. This will give you the joint stability you need to have confidence for that explosive swing. You will love what this program will do for your game!
The Christmas season is fast approaching and that means a change in schedule at the Silver Springs location. We will be running regular classes up until December 23rd. After the 23rd, there will be a reduced schedule for the remainder of the year. Here is what the schedule will look like for December 24th to January 1st. Evening classes will resume on January 2nd 2023. Happy Holidays!

It's been an exciting time for group classes at Legacy. These first couple of months being open, members have brought so much energy to our studios. We are looking forward to the next few months watching these programs grow.

Baby & Me Yoga
Baby & Me classes are a great opportunity for both parent and child to socialize and build a healthy sense of self-care. Release tension, build strength, restore your energy, engage and bond with your babe. We welcome all regular parent-baby activities within the class: random feedings, changing, crawling, chatter, and sometimes crying are all part of the program.
